Ingredients

Water - Maltodextrin (30%) - Fructose (14.3%) - Acid: citric acid - Natural flavouring - Thiamine hydrochloride. Percentages are given in g/100 g (100 g = 85 ml). This product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Usage

Each liquid gel provides 30g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 maltodextrin-fructose ratio. Take 1-2 liquid gels for each hour of physical activity. Once opened, store Liquid Gel in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
