Directions for use

Prepare one serving by dissolving the contents of two measuring spoons (equivalent to approximately 30 g of product) in a 500 ml bottle. During intense physical activity, it is recommended to take 500 ml of the product for each hour of activity performed, drinking regularly (a sip approximately every 15 minutes), taking into account the intensity of the exercise and the environmental conditions.
