Waxless version of Åsnes Cecilie BC

Cecilie BC Waxless is an easy-to-ride and optimal mountain ski for girls who love to ski touring. Good cut and width make the ski easy to turn, and it has good float properties. It has a full steel edge and a moderate span. This is a ski that was originally developed in collaboration with adventurer Cecilie Skog and is now also available in a waxless version.

The ski is easy to handle and the curve with a low span always ensures good grip, regardless of snow conditions.

The combination of wax-free zone and X-skin gives a good, simple and reliable combination. Perfect for those who don't want to bother with wax and glue.

If you want to get the most out of the Åsnes short skin system, we recommend customizing the short skin, either X-Skin 45 mm Mohair for cold weather/moderate terrain, X-Skin 45 mm mix for all-round use or X-Skin 45 mm Nylon for wet snow/steep terrain.

Cecilie Skog is one of the world's foremost adventurers, an avid polar explorer and mountaineer. Cecilie was the first woman in the world to summit the highest mountain peaks and reach the South and North Poles (Seven Summits), often called "The Explorers Grand Slam". She has also crossed Greenland several times, and been to the top of several 8,000-meter peaks, including Cho Oyu and K2.
