The Lone Peak 8 retains all the good things from the previous version such as the responsive and soft midsole of ALTRA EGO™ with built-in StoneGuard™ for protection against trampling. MaxTrac™ outsole with multi-directional lugs that provides good grip on most surfaces.

The upper has been redesigned and has a more streamlined fit that is lighter and more durable.

New lacing design that is customizable to get a perfect fit. Integrated lacing in the gaiter/gaiter attachment for less irritation through the forefoot and a better grip on the gaiter.

The Lone Peak 8 has an Altra Classic Fit fit.
