Pajak Cloud Down Mittens

Unisex down gloves for winter. They protect against wind and snow while being exceptionally light and comfortable. They have a hydrophobic coating and are filled with 750 cuin Polish goose down.

Pajak designed the Cloud Mittens with winter in mind – both as everyday mittens in the city and as those you use in the mountains. Put them on for a walk, pack them as a light spare pair on hikes or put them on after training when you need an extra layer of warmth. They are light as a cloud and take up hardly any space in your backpack.

Soft as a… cloud

To make them soft and warm, Pajak has filled them with 750 cuin Polish goose down. It is light and durable, which helps it retain heat so effectively. And because it is breathable, your hands will not overheat – even after hours of use or when the temperature starts to rise.

Pajak only uses RDS-certified down, so you can be sure that it comes from animals that are well-fed. Pajak also supports the EOCA initiative, as they want the places where you use their gloves to remain wild and clean.

The outer layer is made of polyamide 6.6, while the inside is lined with Airtastic SLF15 DWR with a hydrophobic finish. It's a combination of lightweight, durable fabrics that block wind and slow down moisture absorption. Thanks to this, the down inside stays dry and retains its insulating properties - even after a whole day when all you can see around you is snow.

Pajak placed the down in X-shaped chambers to prevent it from clumping or shifting. This minimizes the risk of so-called cold spots and keeps the heat evenly distributed.

Not afraid of zippers and straps

Pajak reinforced the thumb and fingertips with extra panels, as these are the areas most exposed to wear and tear. This way, you can grab a zipper, tighten a cord, or carry your backpack without worrying about abrasion.

A sewn-in leash makes the mittens easy to put on in one go, while elastic cuffs adapt to your wrists, keeping warmth in and preventing snow from getting in. Pajak also includes a compression bag – pack the mittens inside and take them safely with you wherever you go.
