Hestra reMix Mitt
Hestra reMix Mitt – sustainable mitten made from recycled leather waste
Hestra reMix Mitt is a durable and classic mitten that combines Hestra’s well-known quality with a clear focus on sustainability and resource-efficient production. The glove is made from recycled waste material – impregnated goatskin and cowhide that would otherwise not be used in regular production.
By making use of leather with minor visual defects or varying color tones, Hestra reduces waste without compromising on function, durability or comfort. The result is a glove where each pair gets a unique look with contrasting color sections.
reMix Mitt has a classic design with a short collar and elastic around the wrist, which makes it flexible and easy to use for everyday use, outdoor activities and milder winter conditions. The removable wool lining in wool terry and wool pile provides natural warmth and makes the glove easy to dry or wash. When the lining is worn out, it can also be replaced – another way to extend the product’s lifespan.
⚠️ Please note: Since the reMix Mitt is made from waste materials, it is only available in limited edition.
