Umara U Hydrate Red Berries (8×10 pcs) is a practical bulk pack of 80 effervescent electrolyte tablets , developed to quickly and effectively restore fluid and salt balance during training and competition. Each tablet contains a complete electrolyte profile – sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium – in proportions corresponding to the losses that occur in approximately 0.5 liters of sweat .

U Hydrate is calorie and carbohydrate free , making it ideal for workouts where you don't want to add energy, such as low-intensity distance workouts, warm-up workouts or recovery. The tablets are also often used for salt replenishment before longer training and competition days , by drinking 1–2 bottles the day before.

Each tablet dissolves in 500 ml of water and has a practical break notch , so you can easily use ½ tablet when needed or fine-tune the amount of salt. The Red Berry flavor is light and fresh, designed to work both as a pure liquid and mixed in Umara's sports drinks.
