Precision Hydration PH 1500 is a very strong electrolyte drink developed for athletes with high sweat and sodium losses , also known as “salty” or “heavy” sweaters. The product is designed to help you start your workout well-hydrated and to maintain fluid balance during and after intense physical activity.
When mixed as directed, PH 1500 contains a whopping 1500 mg of sodium per liter , making it particularly suitable before and after hard workouts, competitions or when training in hot conditions. The hypotonic formula improves fluid intake and allows for faster absorption compared to regular sports drinks.
