Baouw Electrolytes Mango/Pineapple are concentrated electrolyte tablets for training, competition and endurance sports . Each tablet provides 706 mg of electrolytes from sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium along with vitamins and minerals.

Dissolve one tablet in 500 ml of water for a light and fruity drink with a tropical taste of mango and pineapple . The convenient tube format makes the tablets easy to take with you on your run, bike ride, hike or race.

During physical activity, the body loses both fluid and important minerals through sweat. Each Baouw Electrolytes tablet contains:

300mg sodium

300 mg potassium

56.25 mg magnesium

50 mg calcium

In addition, the formula contains chloride, zinc, selenium, vitamin C and vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6.

Use and dosage

Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and let it dissolve for about 15 minutes .

During physical activity, Baouw recommends 1 tablet in 500 ml of water per hour . The intake can be adjusted according to the length and intensity of the activity and individual fluid needs. Can be used during or after exercise.
