Umara U Hydrate Raspberry are effervescent electrolyte tablets with a fresh raspberry flavor for training, competition and active days. Each tablet contains sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium and mixes easily with water.

The tablets are free of calories and carbohydrates. They are therefore suitable when you want to add electrolytes and flavor without getting energy at the same time. The large pack contains 8 tubes with 10 tablets in each , a total of 80 tablets.

Umara U Hydrate Raspberry is a convenient way to replenish electrolytes before, during or after physical activity. The tablets dissolve in water and provide a light, fresh raspberry flavor that works both on its own and with sports drink.

During training and competition, the body loses fluid and electrolytes through sweat. U Hydrate contains four important electrolytes: sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Each tablet provides 500 mg of sodium and is designed to be mixed with approximately 500 ml of water.

Since the tablets do not provide carbohydrates, you can control your energy intake separately. Use them with water during slower workouts or combine them with sports drinks, gels, bars and other energy during longer and more intense activities.

Each tablet has a practical break notch and can be split in half when you want a milder taste or a lower amount of electrolytes.

Acidity regulators: citric acid and malic acid, sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, thickeners: sorbitol and polyethylene glycol, potassium citrate, calcium citrate, beetroot concentrate, flavouring, magnesium citrate, magnesium carbonate and sweetener: sucralose.

Recommended use

Mix 1 tablet with 500 ml of water and allow the tablet to dissolve before drinking.

In case of high sweat loss or high salt requirement , 2 tablets can be mixed with 500–750 ml of water . Adjust the concentration according to the duration of the activity, temperature, individual sweat rate and other products in your energy plan.
