5 electrolytes (sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium) in the same proportion as lost through sweat.

Zero sugar - zero calories. Natural flavours for a light and refreshing taste. No aspartame, no artificial colours or preservatives.

The tablets dissolve completely without gas residues.

10 tablets provide up to 7.5 litres of sports drink.

Instructions: Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 to 750 ml of water as desired. General fluid strategy for activities > 60 minutes:.... Drink approximately 200–300 ml per hour before sport, drink 150–200 ml every 15 minutes during sport.
