Ingredients

Water, maltodextrin (28%), fructose (22%), acid (citric acid), sodium citrate, salt, natural flavor.

Lemon, cola-orange, peach and grapefruit flavors: Consume 1-3 sachets per hour as needed during moderate to intense exercise.

Lemon + caffeine and cola orange + caffeine flavour: Consume 1 sachet per day during intense training. High caffeine content (200 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
