Umara U Gel Cola + Caffeine is a liquid energy gel designed for high-intensity and prolonged physical activity , where both energy and focus are needed. This 12-pack contains gels in 33 ml containers , with each gel providing 20 g of carbohydrates , electrolytes and approximately 21 mg of caffeine - perfect for competition, intervals and long training sessions.

The gel is based on Umara's well-proven 1:0.8 ratio of glucose (maltodextrin) to fructose , which enables high and even carbohydrate absorption even during high loads.
