Enervit Liquid Gel Competition with Caffeine Citrus is a liquid energy gel with caffeine , developed for endurance athletes who need maximum energy and focus in the crucial stages of training and competition . The product is particularly suitable for the final phase of intense and prolonged performances , where both carbohydrates and caffeine can make a difference.
Each gel contains 30g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose , which is designed to allow for a high carbohydrate intake per hour with good tolerance . The addition of 25mg of caffeine per gel contributes to increased focus and perceived alertness when fatigue sets in.
The liquid consistency and resealable cap make the gel easy to take in small sips even when your pulse is high. The product is VeganOk certified , gluten-free and contains vitamin B1 (thiamine) which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
