Enervit Carbo Gel C2:1PRO Lemon with Sodium is a high-performance energy gel developed to provide rapid energy and support fluid and electrolyte balance during prolonged and intense endurance training. The product is part of Enervit's advanced C2:1PRO series , developed in collaboration with UCI World Tour teams for elite and competitive athletes.
Each gel contains 40g of carbohydrates in a scientifically proven 2:1 ratio of glucose (maltodextrin) to fructose , which allows for high levels of carbohydrate absorption per hour with high stomach tolerance. This helps you maintain energy levels during activities such as running, cycling, triathlons and cross-country skiing.
What sets this variant apart is the addition of 200 mg of sodium per gel , which helps maintain proper fluid balance , especially in hot conditions or when sweating heavily . The fresh lemon flavor and reduced sweetness make the gel easy to consume even late in a race or during very strenuous training sessions.
The gel is gluten-free , fat-free and contains B vitamins (B1, B6 and niacin) which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduced fatigue. For best results, it can be combined with other products in the Enervit C2:1PRO system .
