Umara U Gel Lemon is a smart and easy-to-flow energy gel in a 50 ml format that provides 30 g of carbohydrates and all four important electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium) – in one gel. The liquid consistency means you can take it without having to drink water , making it perfect for competitions and hard training sessions.

The gel is developed in Sweden by biomedical scientists and manufactured according to HACCP/GMP , with ingredients approved by EFSA .
