The package is designed to give you the right amount of carbohydrates, caffeine and fluid - at the right time , without hassle.

How to use the package – energy plan for 4 hours of cycling

Before starting

30 minutes before start:
 Drink U Intend Shot 60 ml for focus, alertness and better blood pressure from the start.

During the race (approx. 4 hours cycling time)

Sports drink

Mix 3 × U Sport Portion (100 g) in the bottle

Provides approximately 70 g of carbohydrates per hour for 4 hours

Keep an extra bottle of water on your frame and refill at stations

Extra energy

1 energy product per hour (start after 1 hour):

Hour 1: U Gel or U Bar

Hour 2: U Gel or U Bar

Hour 3: U Gel or U Bar
