Umara U Loader is a carboloader designed for structured carbohydrate loading before competition or intense training periods. It contains Palatinose (Isomaltulose) as the sole carbohydrate source , which provides a calm and even uptake - ideal when loading for 2-3 days before performance.

Unlike sports drinks for training and competition, U Loader is not made for quick energy, but to fill muscle glycogen stores effectively and gently before the start.

Why Palatinose (Isomaltulose)?

Palatinose has a low glycemic index (GI 32) and is absorbed 4–5 times slower than fast carbohydrates. This makes it less suitable during the workout itself – but perfect for carboloading , where the speed of absorption is not crucial.

Perhaps the most important reason is that Palatinose is the only carbohydrate source with the “Happy Tooth” certification , issued by Toothfriendly International. This means that U Loader has no negative impact on teeth , despite frequent intake during loading days.
