Enervit Pre Sport Cranberry is a pre-sport energy drink designed to provide optimal energy availability before training and competition . The product is developed to be taken before the start , so that the body's energy stores are replenished from the first minutes of physical activity.
Each serving contains approximately 24.5g of carbohydrates from multiple sources, including isomaltulose – a carbohydrate made up of glucose and fructose that provides a more consistent energy release compared to fast sugars. This helps prepare the body for work without causing a sharp rise in blood sugar.
Pre Sport Cranberry also contains vitamin B1 (thiamine) which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism during physical exertion. The product is fat-free , gluten-free and designed to be gentle on the stomach, making it particularly suitable for long or intense endurance workouts .
The soft jelly consistency makes the product easy to swallow , and the fresh cranberry taste is easily experienced even when nervousness or tension makes it difficult to eat. Two jellies provide about 50 g of carbohydrates , which is valuable at the beginning of intense physical activity .
