Nikwax Cotton Proof 300 ml – Impregnation for cotton & polycotton

Nikwax Cotton Proof 300ml is a high performance wash-in impregnation formulated to improve water repellency and comfort in cotton, polycotton and canvas . Ideal for rainwear, outdoor garments and equipment used in wet and demanding conditions.

Unlike traditional impregnations, Cotton Proof is water-based, PFC-free and non-flammable , and easy to use directly in the washing machine or by hand. The impregnation reduces the material's water absorption, which makes the garments dry faster, breathe better and keep you warmer and drier - without having to be tumble dried to activate.

How to use Nikwax Cotton Proof

For best results, garments should always be cleaned first with Nikwax Tech Wash® in a separate wash.

Machine wash

Clean the detergent drawer from residues of regular detergent

Add clean items (max 3 items)

Dose:

50 ml for 1 garment

100 ml for 2 garments

150 ml for 3 garments

Wash according to the garment's care instructions.

Drying

Air dry or tumble dry on low heat if the garment allows.

For best and long-lasting results – always wash cotton garments with Nikwax Tech Wash® and avoid regular detergents.
