Nikwax Nubuck & Suede Proof – protects without destroying the structure

Nikwax Nubuck & Suede Proof is a high-performance waterproofing for nubuck and suede shoes , designed to provide effective water repellency without compromising the material's structure, grip or breathability .

Unlike traditional waxes and sprays, this impregnation preserves the characteristic matte finish of nubuck and suede. The result is drier, warmer and more comfortable feet – even in wet and cold conditions.

The product is water-based, PFC-free and non-flammable , making it safe for both you and the environment.

How to use Nikwax Nubuck & Suede Proof

Brush away dirt and clean the shoes, preferably with Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel.

Shake the bottle well and protect your work surface.

Apply generously to wet shoes using the sponge nozzle

Carefully remove excess drips

Let the shoes dry naturally

⚠️ Note: Light colored nubuck or suede may darken slightly. Always test on a hidden area first.

Drying & care

Let the shoes dry at room temperature.

Stuff paper in your toes to absorb moisture

Avoid radiators, heaters and open heat – rapid drying can damage both leather and glued soles.
