The OMM Ultra Flexi Flask 500 ml Straw is a soft running bottle with a 500 ml volume and a practical straw for fluid intake on the move. The straw allows the bottle to remain in the pocket of your running vest while you drink - convenient during trail running, ultra races and longer training sessions.
The bottle weighs about 55 grams and compresses as you drink, reducing the amount of air in the bottle and preventing the liquid from sloshing and bouncing during your run.
The extended straw makes the bite valve easier to reach when the bottle is tucked further down in a shoulder pocket. The valve has a large opening that provides an efficient flow of liquid with little effort.
The secure bite valve helps prevent spills when the bottle is stored in a vest or backpack. Always check that the valve is properly closed before packing the bottle with moisture-sensitive equipment.
The wide bottle opening makes it easy to fill with water and add sports drink powder. It also makes cleaning after use easier.
The lid, bite valve and other parts are interchangeable between OMM's current liquid products. Worn components can therefore be replaced without having to discard the entire bottle.
The flexible material shrinks in volume as the liquid is consumed, making the bottle less bulky during your workout and reducing both splashing and movement in the vest pocket.

OMM Fire Vests can hold up to two 500ml soft bottles. When the bottles are completely full, they may protrude slightly from the pockets. Take a few sips and then push them further into the pocket if necessary.
The bottle can also be used in other running vests and backpacks with pockets designed for 500 ml soft flasks. Check the dimensions of the pockets and that the bottle fits securely before activity.

Rinse the bottle, straw and bite valve after each use. Wash regularly with hot water and dish soap and flush the cleaning solution through the straw and valve.
The bottle can be turned inside out to make the inside easier to clean. If necessary, use a soft bottle brush or sterilizing tablets intended for baby bottles, for example. Rinse thoroughly and let all parts dry completely before storing.
