The OMM Ultra Flexi Flask 250 ml Bite Valve is a compact soft bottle for running, trail running and racing. The smaller volume is suitable when you just need a little extra fluid, want to carry a sports drink separately or use the bottle for multiple servings of energy gel.
The bottle weighs approximately 35 grams and is made of flexible, easy-to-grip TPU. It can be compressed after use and takes up very little space in your running vest or backpack.
The soft bite valve opens when you bite and suck. The design makes it easy to take smaller sips on the go and helps prevent spills when storing the bottle.
Always check that the valve is properly closed before packing the bottle with electronics or other moisture-sensitive equipment.
The flexible material shrinks as you drink or squeeze the contents, reducing the amount of air inside the bottle and preventing the liquid from sloshing or bouncing during your run.
When the bottle is empty, it can be rolled or folded for easy storage.
The wide opening makes it easy to fill with water and sports drink powder. The easy-grip TPU construction also makes it easy to squeeze out thinner energy gel mixes.
When using gel, check that the consistency can pass through the bite valve. Viscous gel may need to be diluted, and the bottle should be cleaned immediately after use.

Rinse the bottle and bite valve after each use. Wash regularly with hot water and dish soap and squeeze the cleaning solution through the valve.
The bottle can be turned inside out for thorough cleaning. If necessary, use a soft bottle brush or sterilizing tablets intended for baby bottles, for example. Rinse thoroughly and allow the bottle and valve to dry completely before storing.
