The Maurten Gel Mix Flask is designed to provide the right amount of space for both the water and the powder in a Gel Mix 480 sachet.

The bottle is first filled with 200 ml of water. When the powder is added, the total volume increases, forming a concentrated gel mixture that can be taken directly from the bite valve.

A ready-made mix provides up to 120 grams of carbohydrates, making the bottle particularly useful during longer training sessions and competitions where you want to carry a lot of energy in a compact format.

How to mix Gel Mix 480

Wash the bottle before first use.

Fill the bottle with water to the 200 ml mark.

Add a Maurten Addition first if you want to flavor the mixture.

Close the bottle and shake until the flavoring has dissolved.

Slowly pour a full bag of Gel Mix 480 on top of the water.

Close the lid tightly.

Shake the bottle vigorously until the powder has dissolved.

Let the mixture rest for five minutes before using.

Check that no powder remains at the bottom before you start using the mixture.

SpeedFill™ cap

The SpeedFill™ lid is designed for fast and easy filling. The large opening makes it easier to pour Gel Mix 480 and provides better access for cleaning.

The lid can be opened quickly when the bottle needs to be refilled. Always check that it is completely closed before placing the bottle with other equipment.
