The Seekr R3 100 is a medium width ski built with carbon fiber for ski touring and skiing in deep snow as well as hard and mixed snow conditions with maximum edge control. Seekr has a traditional camber profile and an early rocker at the top to give floatation in deep snow. The top layer of nylon is extremely light with some texture that makes it durable & prevents snow and ice from sticking.

The skis are manufactured using G3's new process and are fully recyclable without compromising on flex, weight or durability. In the self-developed recycling process R3, all material can be reused during new production or recycled when the skis are used up.

R3 Recycable Skis

With a new manufacturing process, the skis are completely recyclable without compromising on flex, weight or durability. G3's proprietary recycling process R3 means that all materials can be reused during new production or recycled when the skis are used up. Send the skis back to G3 and their team separates each component into an eco-friendly system. With the original materials remaining, they can be reused in production or recycled.

Premium Carbon Fiber Construction

The skis are constructed with carbon fiber laminate of the same quality as used in the aviation industry. Each layer of carbon fiber is carefully applied above and below the core to optimize flex, stiffness and power transfer specifically for each ski. G3 uses dry and flexible carbon fiber sheets with exactly the right amount of resin and carbon fiber for each ski size. The process minimizes unnecessary weight and optimizes the fiber's function.

Polyurethane Sidewalls

Polyurethane (PU) is an elastomeric polymer material known for effective energy absorption, durability and elasticity. An inherent problem with ultralight carbon fiber skis is the chatter and jitteriness that comes from the light and stiff materials used. The ski's PU edges counteract this as they absorb the extra energy and dampen nervousness. The elasticity of PU increases durability by 30%, and improves protection from impacts on the edges compared to ABS. PU also bonds the edge permanently and completely seamlessly to the wood core.

Magnetic Contact Points

The skis are magnetic at the contact points in the tip and rear end. They snap together when the skis are put together and facilitate all transport without the need for ski straps. The innovation is practical for all types of activity on the mountain.
