The Magma Warm Down Jacket W/Hood is, just as the name suggests, a really warm and technical garment designed for cold and active winter days outdoors. It is made from hand-picked materials, which have not only been selected for their performance, but also for their durability. The main material of recycled polyamide is wind-resistant and filled with high-quality 100% recycled down (90/10 Re:Down, 700 cuin, 180 g/m2) and has received a PFAS-free water-repellent treatment. For extra warmth when, for example, you wear a backpack, the Magma Warm Down Jacket has an extra layer of synthetic lining (PrimaLoft® Black Insulation) over the shoulders. The shoulder area and other exposed areas, such as the neck and armpits a, are also reinforced with a more protective outer material. To avoid cold bridges and retain as much body heat as possible, the entire jacket is sewn in box construction. Fit: Regular fit. This garment has a fit developed for dressing according to the layer on layer principle. This means that it should provide good freedom of movement even outside the intermediate layer.

Fabric details: Wind-resistant material of recycled polyamide with PFAS-free WR. Saves energy and fossil resources by reusing stubble from production. PFAS-free WR: Avoids harmful chemicals for a water-repellent surface. Reinforcement material in exposed areas for extra protection. The entire garment is lined with 100% recycled down, while exposed areas have been supplemented with PrimaLoft® Black Insulation (100% recycled polyester) on the outside of the down channels for extra warmth. Saves natural resources by reusing down and feathers from bedding products and outerwear. The product contains bluesign® APPROVED materials and details, which guarantees safe chemical handling during production. As down is a natural material, some color variations may occur. On some of our down products, the darkest down can sometimes be seen through the fabric.

Hood: Fixed hood that can be adjusted with a drawstring at the front and back.

Pockets: Front pockets with zipper. Chest pocket with zipper and lid. Inner pocket with zipper. The inner pocket can be used as a compression pocket. Designed so that the hip belt does not get in the way of the front pockets when carrying a backpack.
