The Pajak Expedition Insulated Sleeping Mat is an inflatable and ultra-light sleeping mat developed for expeditions, winter trips and very cold conditions where reliable insulation against ground cold is crucial. With an R-value of 6.6 according to ASTM F3340-18, the mat provides very effective insulation even when sleeping on frozen or snow-covered ground.

Despite its high level of insulation, the sleeping pad weighs only around 685g , making it ideal for long trips where every gram counts . The insulation is provided by IRL reflective layers (without synthetic insulation) that effectively retain body heat, while the construction provides good sleeping comfort. When inflated, the pad measures 198 x 68 x 11cm , providing plenty of space and cushioning even on uneven ground.

The outer material is durable polyamide 6.6 (70D) , adapted for tough use in demanding conditions. A one-way TPU air valve with locking function makes it easy to adjust the firmness and prevents unwanted air leakage. The sleeping pad packs compactly in the included compression and pump bag , and a repair kit is included for extra peace of mind on longer expeditions.
