Gorilla Epoxy takes epoxy to the next level, Gorilla level. Gorilla's epoxy is made of a formula that provides high impact resistance and strength to handle the toughest projects. Plus, it's fast. Gorilla Epoxy cures in 5 minutes and can be handled in 90 minutes. Gorilla Epoxy is good for filling in gaps and gluing steel, wood, aluminum, ceramics and much more. Gorilla Epoxy is easy to use, waterproof, resistant to solvents and is safe for everyday use.

Prepare the work surface and the surface to be glued. On an untested material, a test piece can be glued first. The use of epoxy is recommended in a well-ventilated area. Make sure the workplace is protected from spills, lay out a non-fragile surface such as a piece of cardboard.

Specification

- Store cool and dry

- Volume: 25 ml

Procedure

Prepare the surface: To improve the adhesion, roughen / sand smooth surfaces before gluing. Then clean and dry all surfaces to be glued.

Press the plunger so that the amount of base and hardener is equal on a clean mixing surface. Outer packaging can be used as a mixing surface. Mix the two parts for a few minutes, until the color is uniform. Use within 5 minutes. When you mix, you will notice that the epoxy heats up. This is a reaction that occurs when base and hardener are mixed. The epoxy mixture will continue to thicken and the bond strength will decrease the longer you wait. To achieve maximum bonding strength, press the parts together with a clamp, glue knuckle or tape.

Effect time 5 minutes to apply and place the surfaces in position. Curing time 30 minutes. Full curing time 100% after 24 hours at room temperature, in colder conditions the curing can take longer.

Storage: To close the package, hold it with the top pointing upwards, pull the plunger back slightly, wipe the top with a clean cloth and sow on the cap (located in the middle of the flask).
