Umara U Hydrate Lemon (8×10 pcs) is an economical bulk pack of 80 effervescent electrolyte tablets , designed to effectively replace salts and minerals lost through sweat during training and competition. Each tablet contains a complete electrolyte profile with sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium , in proportions equivalent to the loss from approximately 0.5 liters of sweat .

U Hydrate is calorie and carbohydrate free , making it ideal for workouts where you don't want to add energy – for example, low-intensity distance workouts, warm-up workouts or recovery . The tablets are also often used for salt replenishment before longer training and competition days , by drinking 1–2 bottles of U Hydrate the day before exertion.

The tablets dissolve easily in 500 ml of water and have a practical break notch , which makes it possible to use ½ tablet when needed or to fine-tune salt intake. The Lemon flavor is fresh and light, designed to work both as a standalone liquid and mixed into Umara's sports drinks . The packaging corresponds to 8 tubes of 10 tablets , which provides good economy and lasts a long time with regular use.
