Powerbar Isoactive Lemon is an isotonic sports drink powder that combines carbohydrates, fluid and five essential electrolytes. The drink is designed for endurance training and is suitable for running, cycling, skiing and other activities where you sweat and need to replenish energy and minerals.
Each serving provides 29 grams of carbohydrates from dextrose, maltodextrin and fructose. The carbohydrate blend is supplemented with sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium – electrolytes that are lost through sweating during physical activity.
When mixed as directed, the powder creates an isotonic drink with a fresh lemon flavor. It is easy to use in a regular sports bottle and is suitable for both daily training and longer competitions.
A 600 gram can is enough for about 18 servings, equivalent to about 9 liters of finished sports drink.

Mix 33 grams of powder, approximately 1.5 scoops of the provided powder, with 500 ml of water. Shake or stir until the powder has dissolved.
During longer training sessions, the manufacturer recommends drinking approximately 150–200 ml every 15 minutes, adjusted to intensity, temperature and individual fluid needs.
Dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose, minerals (sodium citrate, sodium chloride, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural lemon flavor, safflower and lemon concentrate.
