Baouw Drink Mix Salted Soup is a powdered sports drink with a salty broth flavor and hints of ginger and black pepper. Each sachet contains 37 grams of carbohydrates, 154 kcal and 990 mg of sodium and is mixed with 500 ml of water.
The drink is designed for endurance activities such as trail running, ultra running, cycling and triathlon. The portion size makes it easy to take with you to training, competitions and longer trips.
Salted Soup provides flavor variation when you want to switch between sweet and savory products during activity. The broth flavor is suitable as part of an energy plan during long workouts where you drink sports drinks for several hours.
The carbohydrate blend contains maltodextrin from cassava, cane sugar and dextrose, with a stated ratio of glucose to fructose of 1:0.8.
The drink also contains sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium as well as vitamins, BCAAs, taurine and glutamine.

Mix a 45g bag with 500ml of water .
First, pour some of the water into the bottle.
Add the powder and shake well.
Fill with the rest of the water and shake again.
Drink during activity and adjust the amount to your planned energy and fluid intake. Try the mixture during training before competition.
