Discover Baouw Drink Mix in several healthy flavor combinations. The mix package contains sachets of isotonic sports drink that provides carbohydrates, electrolytes, BCAAs, vitamins and other nutrients during longer or intense activities.

Choose between 4, 8, 12 or 16 portion bags. The mix is put together based on current stock, which means that the flavors and number of each flavor may vary.

Energy and fluid during endurance sports

Each sachet contains 45 grams of powder and is mixed with 500 ml of water. A finished portion provides approximately 38 grams of carbohydrates and the electrolytes sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Dosage and mixing

Mix one 45 gram sachet with 500 ml of water. Baouw typically recommends one serving per hour during activity to cover a normal carbohydrate requirement.

For the best mix:

Fill the bottle partially with water.

Add the powder.

Shake well.

Fill up to 500 ml and shake again.

Adjust the amount and concentration according to the intensity of the activity, temperature, how much you drink and your individual energy needs. Always test the sports drink during training before using it during competition.

Ingredients vary between flavors. Recipes include cassava maltodextrin, cane sugar, dextrose, natural flavors or fruit powder, BCAAs, Guérande salt, potassium citrate, marine magnesium citrate, calcium citrate, acerola extract, glutamine, taurine, zinc, and vitamins.
