Umara U Nitrate Beetroot Shot (12x60ml)

U Nitrate is a concentrated beetroot shot with 500mg nitrate (8 mmol) in it. We have chosen to increase the amount of nitrate in U Nitrate from the 400mg that many others have, up to 500mg (+ 25%). The reason is quite simple, this means that for the majority of athletes, one shot is enough to get the vasodilating effect seen in studies on athletes.

- If you have a VO2max of 60ml / kg / min or lower, 500mg (8mmol) seems to be enough. If you have higher oxygen uptake, you need 2 shots, or buffer (see operating instructions).

Use

Drink 1-2 U Nitrate 2.5 hours before activity. Avoid spitting during the period from ingestion to the start of the activity as this interrupts the vasodilating effect.
