Umara U Nitrate Beetroot Shot (12x60ml)

Nitrate shot / Beetroot juice with a whopping 500mg nitrate for increased blood flow.

U Nitrate is a concentrated beetroot shot with 500mg nitrate (8mmol) in it. We have chosen to increase the amount of nitrate in U Nitrate from the 400mg that many others have, up to 500mg (+25%). If you have a VO2max of 60ml/kg/min or lower, 500mg (8mmol) seems to be enough. If you have a higher oxygen uptake than 60ml/kg/min, we recommend 2 shots (see instructions for use).
