Umara U Gel Raspberry (180 Carbs) is a liquid energy gel in bulk packaging designed for prolonged physical activity , where high and consistent energy supply is essential. The product is supplied in a 300 ml screw-top packaging and contains a total of 180 g of carbohydrates , equivalent to 6 doses of 30 g of carbohydrates .

The gel has an optimized carbohydrate composition in a ratio of 1:0.8 between glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose , which enables high carbohydrate absorption even at high intensity. In addition to carbohydrates, U Gel Raspberry contains all four major electrolytes lost through sweat – sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium – in well-balanced amounts.

This variant is particularly popular as a refill gel and can be easily poured into soft flasks, bottles or smaller gel packs with screw caps .
