Precision Fuel PF 90 Gel is designed for athletes who need a lot of energy quickly and efficiently . With a whopping 90 grams of carbohydrates in a single gel , this is one of the most powerful ways to achieve high carbohydrate intake during training and competition, especially during efforts lasting longer than approximately 60 minutes .
