Liquid gel with 30g carbohydrates and all electrolytes in a package with a screw cap. Available with or without 30mg caffeine in different flavors.

This is a 50ml liquid gel with an optimal carbohydrate composition between glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose of 1:0.8. Since the gel is easy to flow, you do not need to drink water when taking it. In addition to 30g carbohydrates, the gel also provides all 4 major electrolytes that you lose through sweat (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.
