Precision Fuel 30 Caffeine Gel is designed for endurance athletes who need both quick energy and mental sharpness when their efforts reach their peak. With 30 grams of carbohydrates per gel and a whopping 100 mg of caffeine, it provides power, focus and drive during longer sessions and competitions.
The mild taste is designed to avoid taste fatigue, and its smooth consistency makes it easy to take even during hard exercise. The gel is based on a 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose , which optimizes carbohydrate absorption and minimizes the risk of stomach problems.
The gel does not contain electrolytes as it is intended to be combined with the Precision Hydration range , but can be used both alone for shorter sessions or together with other PF products for longer performances.
