Umara Göteborgsvarvet / Half Marathon Energy Pack is a ready-made and well-thought-out energy pack for those who are going to run a half marathon , such as Göteborgsvarvet or other races around 21.1 km . The pack is designed to give you the right amount of energy at the right time , so you can focus on the run – not on guessing about energy intake.
The energy plan is based on you also drinking sports drinks from the race's hydration stations , which is standard at most major half marathons.
