The OMM Waistbelt 3 is a lightweight and stable running belt with a three-liter pack volume, designed for mandatory competition equipment and the most important things during training. It is especially suitable for trail running, fell running and shorter mountain trips where you need more space than in a regular running belt but don't want to wear a running vest.
The wide hip section, adjustable compression system and breathable back panel help keep the pack stable even during technical descents. A heavy-duty cam buckle ensures the fit doesn't change as you move.
The large main compartment with zipper holds, for example, a thin shell rack, hat, gloves, map, compass, whistle, energy and other small safety equipment. The volume of three liters makes the Waistbelt 3 suitable for races where you need to carry a limited mandatory equipment list.
OMM's compact Wisp shell can fit along with smaller accessories, while a thicker fleece can fill up a large portion of the main compartment, making it best for lightweight, packable gear.
The wide hip section distributes the load and helps the belt stay in place as you run. The fit is adjusted with a durable cam buckle that keeps the strap securely fixed even when the pace increases and the terrain becomes technical.
The external elastic compression system stabilizes the contents and can also be used to quickly attach a windbreaker or thin midlayer without opening the main compartment.
The moisture-wicking 3D mesh back panel wicks away sweat and creates a soft contact surface against the body. The construction is great for intense workouts and leaves your back free compared to a running vest or backpack.
There are stretch pockets on both sides for smaller items that need to be easily accessible. Safety key clips are located in both hip pockets, reducing the risk of losing your keys when you reach for other gear.

The OMM Waistbelt 3 is made in one size and is adjusted with the strap and cam buckle. The belt should sit relatively close to the body, over the hips or around the waist, so that it does not bounce when you run.
Pack the heaviest items close to your body and tighten the external elastic according to the amount of equipment. A nearly empty main compartment should be compressed to prevent the contents from moving around during your run.

Empty all pockets and check that there are no energy packs or other loose objects left. Open zippers and loosen straps before washing. The belt can be washed on a short and gentle cycle with detergent for technical outdoor equipment. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Hang dry and avoid tumble drying and direct heat.
