NNormal Run Belt is a body-hugging running belt for trail running, long runs and competitions. The model is unisex and should sit stably around the waist or hip without bouncing when you run. The belt has storage pockets and attachments for, among other things, running poles and a number tag.

The size is chosen based on the circumference where you want to wear the belt. Do not just base it on your usual trouser size.

Size chart

Size
Recommended body circumference
Specified belt circumference
Belt height
S
65–74 cm
about 72 cm
about 13.5 cm
M
75–82 cm
about 80 cm
about 13.5 cm
L
83–92 cm
about 88 cm
about 13.5 cm

The recommended body circumference is measured where the belt should sit. The belt circumference is an approximate product measurement.

How do you measure?

Place a soft tape measure around your body at the same height you plan to wear the belt. For most people, this means just below your natural waist or above your hip bones.

Stand relaxed and breathe normally. The measuring tape should be close to your body without being tight. Measure over the same type of clothing you usually wear when running.

Do not measure around the widest part of the hip or seat if the belt is to sit higher. It is the circumference at the actual location of the belt that determines the size.

What size should I choose?

Choose the size where your measured measurement falls within the range:

  • 65–74 cm: choose S
  • 75–82 cm: choose M
  • 83–92 cm: choose L

If you are in between sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter competition fit and better stability when your pockets are under pressure. Choose the larger size if you prefer a looser fit or want to wear the belt over thicker clothing.

A running belt should fit snugly without restricting your breathing. If it slips, rotates, or bounces while you run, it's often too big or positioned too loosely. If it cuts in, creates pressure across your stomach, or feels uncomfortable when you take a deep breath, it's too small.

Check the fit with gasket

Try the belt with the equipment you actually intend to carry, such as a cell phone, energy, soft bottle or poles. Run in place, lean your upper body forward and make a few quick movements to the sides.

The belt should follow your body and maintain its position even when the pockets are full. Distribute the packing evenly around the belt for better balance and less bounce.

The Normal Run Belt is a unisex model. The same size chart therefore applies regardless of gender.
