The Core Tee takes the lightest version of PrimaLoft® ACTIVE at 75g/m2, used in the Core Vest & Hoodie, to create an incredibly warm yet lightweight layer, either as a standalone or as part of a cold weather layering system.

Core can be worn against the skin or layered over a first layer for extra insulation, but at just 87g and with a small pack size it can be carried without a weight penalty when not needed.

PrimaLoft® ACTIVE has incredible breathability, meaning that when worn alone, excess heat is easily lost, carried away by air movement, but once covered with a shell or windproof, heat is trapped close to the skin. This allows for easy temperature control under varying power or changing conditions.

PrimaLoft® ACTIVE blurs the line between wadding insulation and fabric; PrimaLoft® ACTIVE loosely weaves PrimaLoft®’s industry-leading insulation fibres through a fine polyester mesh. The resulting structure is warmer and less than half the weight of a conventional fleece product – down-like performance when dry while still performing when wet.
