The NNormal Women's Merino Long Sleeve T-Shirt is a long-sleeved technical merino T-shirt for women , developed for running, trail running, hiking and alpine activities in cool to chilly conditions. The shirt is equally suitable as a base layer on colder days or as an outer layer during leisurely workouts and breaks.
The garment is made from 100% mulesing-free merino wool from South America – a natural material with excellent temperature-regulating properties . Merino helps the body retain heat when the temperature drops and cools effectively at higher intensities. At the same time, the material is naturally moisture-wicking and odor-resistant , making the sweater ideal for longer workouts and multi-day trips.
The fit is regular fit , which means that the fabric sits close to the body without being tight. The raglan sleeves provide increased freedom of movement over the shoulders and reduce the risk of chafing, especially when wearing a running vest or backpack. The soft, thin material feels comfortable against the skin and makes the shirt a versatile garment for both training and active everyday life. Production takes place in Portugal and Tunisia at selected factories with a focus on quality and responsibility.

The size chart shows recommended body measurements in centimeters. For tops, you should primarily choose your size based on your chest width.
| Size | Chest width | Waist width | Hip width |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 82–85cm | 65–70cm | 86–89 cm |
| S | 86–88 cm | 71–76cm | 90–94cm |
| M | 89–94 cm | 77–82 cm | 95–101cm |
| L | 95–102 cm | 83–89 cm | 102–108 cm |
| XL | 103–111cm | 90–99 cm | 109–115cm |
The measurements in the table are body measurements, not the outer dimensions of the shirt.
Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest. Hold the tape measure horizontally across your back and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides.
Waist: Measure around your natural waist, usually where your torso is at its narrowest. Do not pull the tape measure too tight.
Hip width: Measure around the widest part of the hips and seat with your feet placed next to each other.
Measure directly over the body or over a very thin garment to get the most accurate result possible.
First of all, choose your size according to your chest size. If your measurement is in the middle of a size range, you can usually choose your usual NNormal size.
If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if the sweater will be used primarily as a body-hugging base layer. Choose the larger size if you want to wear it alone, prefer a looser fit, or have broader shoulders.
The regular fit of the sweater means that it should be close enough to the body to work under other garments, but without being tight across the chest, back or arms. The raglan sleeves provide extra freedom of movement around the shoulders.
If your chest and hip measurements correspond to different sizes, you should normally prioritize the chest width. If your hip measurement is in a larger size and you don't want the shirt to fit tight around the bottom, you can choose the larger size.
When you try on the shirt, you should be able to lift your arms and rotate your upper body without the material tightening or the hem being pulled up. For use as a base layer, a slightly tight fit is usually best.
