The NNormal Men's Merino Long Sleeve T-Shirt is a technical long-sleeved merino T-shirt for men , developed for running, trail running, hiking and alpine activities in cool to chilly conditions. The shirt works equally well as a first layer on colder days or on its own at low to medium intensity.
The jersey is made from 100% mulesing-free merino wool from South America, a natural functional material known for its excellent temperature regulation properties . Merino warms when the temperature drops and cools when the intensity increases, while being naturally moisture-wicking and odor-resistant – perfect for multi-day trips or long training sessions without frequent washing.
The fit is regular fit , which means that the fabric sits close to the body without being tight. The raglan sleeves provide increased mobility over the shoulders and reduce the risk of chafing when using a backpack or running vest. The thin, soft material provides high comfort directly against the skin and makes the shirt a versatile garment for both training and everyday outdoor activities. The production takes place in Portugal and Tunisia , at carefully selected producers.

The size chart shows recommended body measurements in centimeters. For tops, you should primarily choose your size based on your chest width.
| Size | Chest width | Waist width | Hip width |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 86–89 cm | 73–76 cm | 86–89 cm |
| S | 90–94cm | 77–80 cm | 90–94cm |
| M | 95–101cm | 81–86cm | 95–101cm |
| L | 102–105 cm | 87–91 cm | 102–105 cm |
| XL | 106–111cm | 92–98 cm | 106–111cm |
The measurements in the table are body measurements, not the outer dimensions of the shirt.
Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest. Hold the tape measure horizontally across your back and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides.
Waist: Measure around your natural waist, usually where your torso is at its narrowest. Do not pull the tape measure too tight.
Hip width: Measure around the widest part of the hips and seat with your feet placed next to each other.
Measure directly over the body or over a very thin garment to get the most accurate result possible.
First of all, choose your size according to your chest size. If your measurement is in the middle of a size range, you can usually choose your usual NNormal size.
If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a more body-hugging fit and effective use as a base layer. Choose the larger size if you want to wear the shirt separately, prefer more room to move, or have broad shoulders and a more powerful upper body.
A base layer should fit relatively close to the body without restricting movement or being tight across the chest and shoulders. The sleeves should stay in place when you move your arms, while the fabric should not be pulled tightly across your back.
If your chest and waist measurements correspond to different sizes, you should normally use the chest width as a guide. However, for a more relaxed everyday fit, you can choose the larger of the two sizes.
