The OMM Core Beanie is an extremely lightweight and packable beanie developed for high-intensity outdoor activities where weight, function and temperature regulation are crucial. Featuring the innovative PRIMALOFT® ACTIVE fabric, it offers exceptional warmth-to-weight and performs equally well in dry and wet weather.

Primaloft® ACTIVE blurs the line between classic fleece and synthetic insulation. The insulating fibers are woven through an open polyester mesh, creating a structure that is significantly warmer than traditional fleece – at less than half the weight. The result is down-like warmth when dry and continued insulation when wet.

The beanie has a tight-fitting headband construction that makes it ideal under a helmet or in combination with a hood or waterproof cap. The high air permeability means that excess heat is vented away during activity, while the beanie effectively traps heat when the pace slows.

Weighing only 18 grams, the Core Beanie is an obvious choice for trail running, skiing, fastpacking, mountain tours and as a thermal layer in your backpack all year round.
