The OMM Ultra Flexi Flask 350 ml Straw is a compact and soft running bottle for trail running, ultra races and other activities where you want to have your fluids easily accessible. The straw makes it possible to drink while the bottle remains in the pocket of your running vest.
The bottle holds 350 ml, weighs approximately 50 grams and is made of flexible TPU with a grippy surface. The smaller format is great for shorter runs, small vest pockets or when you want to carry multiple bottles with different contents.
The flexible material shrinks as the liquid is consumed, reducing the amount of air inside the bottle, which prevents the contents from sloshing and bouncing during the run.
When the bottle is empty, it can be compressed and takes up very little space in your backpack or running vest.
The extended straw makes the valve easier to reach when the bottle is further down in a pocket, so you don't have to take the bottle out every time you want to drink.
The straw and bite valve are replaceable, making it possible to replace worn parts and extend the bottle's lifespan.
The bottle's soft, grippy TPU construction makes it easy to squeeze out both liquids and thinner energy gel blends. The wide opening makes it easy to fill with water, sports drink or gel and also makes the bottle easier to clean.

Choose the 350ml when you prioritize a smaller size, use a compact vest pocket, or want to carry a separate sports drink or gel bottle. The model is also handy for shorter workouts where 500ml is not needed.
Choose the 500ml version when you want to carry more liquid between refills.
The bottle fits OMM running vests with soft bottle pockets. OMM Fire Vests hold bottles up to 500 ml and can therefore be used with the 350 ml model.
It may also fit vests and backpacks from other manufacturers. Check the size of the pocket and that the bottle is held securely in place before activity.

Rinse the bottle, straw and bite valve after each use. Wash regularly with hot water and dish soap and flush the cleaning solution through the straw and valve.
The bottle can be turned inside out for thorough cleaning. If necessary, use a soft bottle brush or sterilizing tablets intended for baby bottles, for example. Rinse thoroughly and let all parts dry completely before storing.
