The OMM Ultra Flexi Flask 350 ml Bite Valve is a compact and soft running bottle with a direct-mount bite valve. It holds 350 ml and is suitable for trail running, shorter runs and competitions where you want to carry a smaller amount of fluid or energy.
The bottle weighs approximately 37 grams and is made of grip-friendly TPU. The flexible material makes the bottle easy to squeeze and compresses as the contents are consumed.
The soft bite valve opens when you bite and suck, making it easy to drink small amounts on the go. The valve helps prevent spills when the bottle is stored in a running vest or backpack.
Always check that the valve is properly closed before packing the bottle with electronics or other moisture-sensitive equipment.
The bottle shrinks in volume as you drink, reducing the amount of air inside and preventing the liquid from sloshing or bouncing during your run.
When the bottle is empty, it can be folded or compressed and takes up minimal space in the package.
The wide opening makes it easy to fill with water and sports drink powder. The soft TPU construction also allows for squeezing out thinner energy gel mixes.
Check that the consistency of the contents can pass through the bite valve. Viscous gel may need to be diluted and the bottle should be cleaned immediately after use.

The Bite Valve version has the valve mounted directly on the cap and weighs less than the straw model. It is suitable when the bottle is easy to remove from a vest pocket or is high enough for the valve to be reached.
Choose the Straw version if the bottle is further down in your pocket and you want to be able to reach the valve without lifting the bottle.
The bottle fits OMM running vests with soft bottle pockets. OMM Fire Vests hold bottles up to 500 ml and can therefore be used with the smaller 350 ml model.
It may also fit other running vests and backpacks. Check the pocket size and that the bottle is held securely in place before activity.

Rinse the bottle and bite valve after each use. Wash regularly with hot water and dish soap and squeeze the cleaning solution through the valve.
The bottle can be turned inside out for thorough cleaning. If necessary, use a soft bottle brush or sterilizing tablets intended for baby bottles, for example. Rinse thoroughly and allow the bottle and valve to dry completely before storing.
