The Nordisk Telemark 1 LW Footprint is a form-fitting and waterproof tent groundsheet for the Telemark 1 LW. It is placed between the tent and the ground to protect the tent floor from moisture, dirt, stones, twigs and other sharp objects.
The underlay covers the entire ground surface of the tent and also creates a cleaner and drier floor in the vestibule. It provides a practical place for shoes, backpacks and other equipment while reducing wear and tear on the tent floor.
Even a carefully selected tent groundsheet can contain small stones and sharp objects. The footprint forms an extra layer of protection that reduces the risk of abrasion and punctures and can thus help extend the life of the tent.
The groundsheet is made of 70D nylon with a PU coating and has a water column of 10,000 mm. It helps to keep ground moisture away and conducts moisture around the flysheet, which can contribute to less condensation and a more comfortable climate in the tent.

Place the footprint directly on the ground before pitching the tent. Fit it to the shape of the tent and make sure that the base does not protrude beyond the outer tent, as otherwise rainwater can collect between the footprint and the tent floor.
Brush or wipe away dirt after use. If necessary, the surface can be cleaned with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. Let it dry completely before packing away.
