The ski is designed to handle steep, demanding terrain , heavy loads and fast movement in varying snow conditions – characteristics that also make it a first-class choice for civilian mountain skiers with high demands.
The combination of:
moderate grazing zone
22 mm side wall
balanced width
full steel edge
provides a ski that is stable at speed, safe on descents and stable in deep snow . The Combat NATO Jeger BC is built for both long tours and fast descents , where precision and control are crucial.
To withstand heavy loads , the bonding area is reinforced with Titanal , which provides:
increased strength
better power transmission
longer lifespan with intensive use
The base is milled for low friction at the attachment point for the NATO X-Skin , a 45mm short skin specially developed for these skis. There is also an extra opening at the back of the ski for mounting a short skin in extreme temperatures or particularly demanding conditions .
The result is a ski that delivers maximum function in all situations – from long hauls to technical descents.
