Umara U Hydrate Lemon are calorie-free, carbohydrate-free electrolyte tablets in effervescent tablet form , developed to quickly restore fluid and salt balance during training and competition. Each tablet contains a complete electrolyte profile with sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in amounts equivalent to the losses that occur in approximately 0.5 liters of sweat .

U Hydrate is an excellent choice for workouts where you want to avoid extra energy , or for times when you just want a fresh lemon flavor in your water . The tablets have a practical break notch , making it easy to adjust the dose and use ½ tablet when needed. The product is also often used to increase the salt content in the body before longer workouts , by drinking 1–2 bottles the evening or day before the load.

One tablet dissolves easily in 500 ml of water . In case of heavy sweat loss, the dose can be increased to 2 tablets in 500–750 ml of water . The taste is fresh and balanced lemon , designed to work both as a standalone drink and in combination with Umara's sports drinks.

U Hydrate is 100% vegan , developed by biomedical scientists in Sweden , manufactured according to HACCP/GMP standards and contains only ingredients approved by EFSA , which guarantees high quality and safety.

Use

Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water
