SiS HYDRO+ Electrolyte Drink Mix – Orange & Mango is an easy-to-mix electrolyte powder in convenient sachets. Each sachet contains five essential electrolytes as well as vitamins C, B6 and B12 and is mixed with 500 ml of water.
The fresh taste of orange and mango is suitable before, during or after training, but also on hot days and other occasions when you want to supplement your fluid with electrolytes. The package contains six portion bags that are easy to take with you in your running vest, cycling jersey or gym bag.

SiS HYDRO+ Orange & Mango is developed to make it easy to supply fluid and electrolytes during training, competition and an active everyday life.
When you sweat, your body loses both fluid and minerals. HYDRO+ contains sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium – five electrolytes that have different functions in the body.
Each sachet provides a total of 1,576 mg of electrolytes and is mixed with 500 ml of cold water. The drink also contains vitamins C, B6 and B12. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The product does not contain a significant amount of carbohydrates and is therefore not a sports drink for energy supply. During longer or more intense activities, it can be combined with energy gels, bars, chews or other carbohydrate products.

Sodium and chloride are the main components of common salt and are among the electrolytes lost through sweat.

Mix one sachet with 500 ml of cold water .
Tear open the portion bag.
Pour the powder into a bottle with 500 ml of water.
Shake or stir until the powder has dissolved.
